Release of Liability Waiver
Before participating in any training sessions or consultations with Borderland Barks, all clients are required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver. This waiver protects both you and Borderland Barks by clarifying the inherent risks involved in dog training and outlining the responsibilities of both parties.
- The Release of Liability Waiver will be sent to you via email after you have booked a consultation or training package. Please review, sign, and return the waiver at least 5 days prior to your first scheduled session.
If you have any questions about the waiver or its contents, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Vaccination Records
To ensure the health and safety of all dogs participating in our training programs, we require proof of up-to-date rabies, parvo, distemper, and other core vaccinations from your veterinarian. Please provide these records at least 5 days prior to your first session.
- Puppies: Please ensure your puppy has received all age-appropriate vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian.
Submitting Records
- You, or your veterinarian, can submit your dog’s vaccination records by emailing them to documents@borderlandbarks.com.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy training environment for all our canine clients.
