Bringing a dog or puppy into your life is a significant decision that requires careful consideration. Our “Choosing Your Canine Companion” consultation will provide you with the expert guidance you need to make an informed choice that will bring you years of joy and companionship.

During the consultation, we’ll discuss:

  • Your lifestyle, activity level, and living environment
  • Your preferences and expectations for a canine companion
  • Your family dynamics and any existing pets
  • Breed characteristics and temperament
  • Finding available dogs through shelters, rescues, or breeders

We’ll also provide you with resources and recommendations for finding available dogs, and we can even accompany you to meet potential dogs and assess their behavior.

Pricing

  • Choosing Your Canine Companion Consultation: $150
  • Tier 1 (Basic Support): $300 (includes the initial consultation)
    • This package includes unlimited phone and email support to answer your questions and provide guidance as you search for your new companion. You can also use one or both of your follow-up consultations (either in-person or virtual) to accompany you to meet a potential dog and provide a behavioral assessment. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
  • Tier 2 (Comprehensive Support): $400 (includes the initial consultation and a $150 credit towards the package price)
    • This package includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
      • In-depth breed research and analysis
      • Accompanying you to meet potential dogs and providing behavioral assessments
      • Follow-up support during the transition period after the dog is chosen
